TrainerFlow processes personal data only to provide training planning functions: proposals, programs, sessions, reminders, materials delivery, and invoicing support.

Participant emails

Emails sent to training participants (e.g., session reminders or training materials) are transactional and related to an agreed training program. TrainerFlow is not a marketing automation tool.

Data minimization

When personal data is no longer needed for active work, it can be anonymized according to retention rules to reduce risk and exposure.

Your rights

• Access: receive a copy of personal data related to a client or participant.
• Correction: update inaccurate information.
• Deletion/anonymization: remove or anonymize personal data where appropriate.
• Export: export your TrainerFlow data at any time in portable formats.
